April 2026

There are four PATF employees standing behind our resource table at an event.

It’s April Fools’ Day, but this one’s real! PATF Mini-Loans are back to $100 to $7,000 at 0% interest.

In November 2025, we shared that we were temporarily adjusting the terms of our Mini-Loan Program and reduced the 0% interest rate threshold from $7,000 to $2,000 due to funding delays.

We’re pleased to announce that we are returning the Mini-Loan Program to its original terms. Effective April 1st, loans from $100 to $7,000 will once again be offered at 0% interest with no fees. Loans over $7,000 and up to $60,000 will continue to be available at a low fixed interest rate of 3.75%, also with no fees.

This change expands access to affordable financing for assistive technology, helping more Pennsylvanians get the assistance they need.

Please note: These updated terms apply to new loan applications only and will not affect any currently active loans.
