Dear Members,
We hope you, your family, and employees are staying safe and healthy. The CCTI board of directors and staff have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation carefully. After much consideration, we have decided to cancel the 2020 Annual Meeting and reschedule it for June 9-10, 2021. The next CCTI Annual Meeting will still be held in Nashville at the Gaylord Opryland and in conjunction with the 2021 CMA Fest. We apologize for any inconvenience this may create, however travel restrictions and varying state guidelines have determined this is the best decision at this time.
We will continue to update you regularly and are currently planning to host the CCTI Fall Meeting in November in Chicago, in conjunction with Pack Expo, on November 9-10. We hope you will mark your calendars and plan to attend. More information will be sent later in the summer regarding this meeting.
Finally, we know that all of you are facing unprecedented challenges in America. The business economy and the health of many of our citizens are both in uncharted waters.
To that end, the CCTI board of directors has decided to draw from the association reserve for the upcoming fiscal year and will be waiving CCTI dues
for all suppliers and industry members from May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2021.
We will be sending more information to each of you with your renewal packet in early May, but want you to know that we will stand with you, as you navigate the challenging months ahead. Please consider us as a valuable business resources, a marketing tool, and an industry voice in Washington.
We are ready and willing to help you in any way that we can. We will miss seeing you in June, but we hope each of you are healthy and doing well.
Sincerely,
Andrea Ball
CCTI Executive Director
