I am excited to share that I am retiring from NTH at the end of May. In 1993, I started this company with Russ Nelson and John Tietz. I am proud to have been able to make a lasting impact in my nearly 40 years in this industry.

The NTH team is known for their sound judgement, strategic perspective, and ability to navigate complicated real estate transactions and projects. Their dedication to our clients and the community will not change.

Anna Coskran, principal – real estate services, and Paul Johnson, principal – project management services, will take over the day-to-day management of the firm. Anna will succeed me as president and lead the firm in partnership with Paul. With their decades of expertise, alongside the rest of the NTH team, I am confident they will continue to deliver excellent results for all our clients.

It has been a pleasure being able to work with you, and I am grateful for the relationships I have developed over the years. I look forward to staying connected with you and continuing to celebrate NTH’s success.
