Special City Council Meeting planned to extend Woods Estates preliminary plat on Monday. A special meeting of the Riverdale City Council is planned for 6:30 pm on Monday, December 2nd to grant an extension for the preliminary plat fo the Woods Estates of Riverdale subdivision.

Don't forget to attend the FY21 Budget public intake session on Monday. The second public intake session for the City of Riverdale's FY21 Budget is scheduled for 7pm on Monday, December 2nd.

Light up Riverdale for the Holidays on December 7th! Plans are set for Saturday's big Holiday Lighting Ceremony at City Hall at 4pm. Music, munchies, friends and neighbors will all be present (as will a certain jolly, old elf - there to see the kids and grandkids). Make sure to save the date.

A public intake meeting for residents interested in the long-term future of Riverdale's parks has been scheduled for Monday, December 16 at 7pm in the Community Room at City Hall. Learn More! The City of Riverdale filed its state-mandated "Annual Financial Report" with the Iowa Department of Management in advance of the December 1 deadline last week. A copy can be found on the website.
