Good Afternoon,
With Covid-19 changing so many things in our day to day life and our business operations, we have decided to send out our monthly statements electronically for the first time this April to those who normally receive a monthly statement in the mail. This decision was made for cost reduction and for safety reasons, including reducing the amount of mail being handled and eliminating the time that staff needs to be working inside the Center facility.
Those who normally receive a paper statement will receive an electronic statement via email towards the end of next week.
For those members without email, we will continue to mail out a paper statement.
We know how important the safety of your personal information is to you and to us. To that end, we wanted to share with you the security precautions straight from ACS, our financial software company.
These security precautions include:
- All personal and financial data associated with this feature is transmitted using industry-standard SSL encryption.
- The hyperlink each member receives is unique and generated for that specific individual. Only the member can open the link and access the statement associated with it.
- A member cannot access another member’s statement using the hyperlink sent to them. Each member must enter the email address on file that they provided to receive statements. No one can modify the hyperlink to view another member’s statement.
- ACS Technologies will never sell, share, or use member’s email addresses.
