The purpose of this letter is to invite you to a four days Congress which will take place on July 15^th to 19^th, at Westgate Resort in Orlando Florida.

M.P.H.C is a relative organization at Kings County in Brooklyn who advocates for the Haitian Diaspora over the last two years and half working in conjunction with several local and international agencies, community leaders and government officials. Our singular mission is to bring together the Haitian community that is scattered across the world on a single platform aimed at initiating and supporting the social and economic development of Haiti
