It has been an honor and a privilege to have cared for you as your physician. I am writing to inform you of my retirement from Optum Medical Care, P.C., formerly ProHEALTH, effective June 30, 2023.

After practicing medicine for more than 43 years, I have made the decision to move on to the next phase in my life. I have had a wonderful experience and career -- primarily due to my patients. Thank you.
