The new office is designed with you in mind. In the new space, your children can receive comprehensive care for every stage of childhood and adolescence for consistent preventive care.
Rest assured; you will not need to transfer any medical records to continue seeing your pediatrician in the new suite. The providers will also continue to be available at nearby office locations, including Port Jefferson, Shirley, and Wading River. Additionally, for your convenience, the phone number and fax number will remain the same.
