We know the recent issues with Gaggle email have been more than just an inconvenience. They have interrupted your ability to market listings and stay in touch with the brokerage community. That is not something we take lightly.



For a long time, the system worked well. Using Gaggle’s free plan allowed us to communicate efficiently without extra costs, and it fit our daily volume without issue. But as more properties have come to market and marketing emails have increased, we have run into daily limits that are causing images to disappear and messages to fail.


As these problems became more frequent over recent weeks, the Board weighed available options. We looked at whether upgrading to the paid plan would solve the problem, but because the paid version still has its own restrictions, we decided first to create an additional email address to help manage the uptick in volume. Ultimately, that approach was not enough.


At this point, we have moved the two most popular groups (Public Open House and Real Estate) to the paid plan so your emails can keep going out with higher daily caps. We are hopeful this will improve performance, but we also want to be realistic that this may not completely solve the problem or return the system to the level of reliability it once had.


Longer term, the Boards are very focused on finding better tools. We are actively researching more holistic solutions that can keep up with the pace of this market and the way we do business.


We are sorry for the disruption this has caused and appreciate everyone’s patience while we work toward something better. Our focus remains on supporting your success and making sure you have the resources you need.
