AHCCCS announced that a settlement agreement awarded Mercy Care a contract to continue serving ALTCS-EPD members. Under the new contract, effective October 1, 2025, Mercy Care will continue to serve ALTCS members in the Central region, which includes Maricopa, Pinal and Gila counties, as well as Pima County. This contract is a three-year contract through at least September 30, 2028.
