CONFIDENTIAL: ATTORNEY-CLIENT COMMUNICATION

DO NOT SHARE OR FORWARD

We write to provide you with an update on your Zantac case. Moore Law Group continues to lead the charge against the manufacturers of Zantac.

Jennifer A. Moore appointed

Plaintiffs’ National Lead Counsel in Zantac

Recently, the court in Delaware appointed our founder, Jennifer A. Moore, to lead the state court Zantac litigation in Delaware. Jennifer is now one of the main attorneys in the country in charge of Zantac litigation with roles leading the coordinated proceedings in California and Delaware state court.

Moore Law Group Settles First Zantac Trial

Over the past year, Moore Law Group has been diligently preparing for the first Zantac trial in the country to take place in Alameda County, California. Due to the hard work of our firm, we recently successfully negotiated confidential settlements with each of the brand manufacturers for the first trial case. Please note there are no settlements for any other case at this time. We are now in the process of setting the next round of trials in California and Delaware and will let you know if your case is selected.

Even if your case is not immediately selected for trial, by our firm obtaining more trial dates this will be beneficial for all of our clients, including your case. By having a number of cases scheduled for trial (and with settling the first trial in the country), it gives the Defendants (the companies that manufactured Zantac/ranitidine) an incentive to consider settlement negotiations in the future with our law firm. To be clear, there are no settlement negotiations to settle your case at this time.

Zantac Litigation in the News

Click here for an expose piece published by Bloomberg detailing the history of the drug Zantac, and discussing our firm’s trial. We encourage you to read the article as it contains interesting and important information concerning Zantac’s history, GlaxoSmithKline’s (GSK) knowledge and concealment of the risks that Zantac causes cancer, and the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) recall of Zantac/ranitidine.
