2-D Western Blot For Complementary HCP Detection
Since HCP ELISA requires two good quality antibodies against the same HCP for the HCP detection whereas Western Blot only needs one good antibody toward HCPs, 2-dimensional gel followed by Western Blot provides an effective and complementary method for the detection of HCPs during bioprocess development and product characterization.
