Lindsay W. Cremona has been a litigation attorney with Anastasi Jellum, P.A. for over 6 years, and has successfully represented clients in a variety of complex civil litigation and bankruptcy matters, including breach of contract claims, enforcement of UCC rights, and fraud claims. Specifically, Lindsay works with financial institutions to protect their interests in loan collection and liquidation, as well as regulatory compliance for the United States Small Business Administration government-guaranteed lending programs.
Lindsay’s practice also includes landlord/tenant and real estate and construction law, where she has advised landlords in lease disputes and contractors in construction claims and mechanic’s lien actions.
Lindsay is a 2012 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and received a B.A. degree with honors in 2008 from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
