About the Program

This program provides a comprehensive overview of the intricate dynamics involved in custody disputes. It covers the legal framework, best practices for mediators, and strategies for balancing the needs and rights of both parents and children. Learn how to navigate contentious issues, facilitate cooperative co-parenting arrangements, and ensure that custody agreements prioritize the well-being of the children involved.

This program is presented by the Alternative Dispute Resolution section chaired by Jeffrey Kravitz and Robert M. Cohen and co-sponsored by the Family Law section chaired by April Zonnis and Daniel Bemel. The Family Law section is sponsored by White, Zuckerman, Warsavsky, Luna & Hunt. Find out more about the sections at www.bhba.org.
