Meet the Allterra Property Management Team
Allterra Property Solutions supports the mission of Anawim Housing by channeling revenue generated by our diversely experienced property management team to permanent supportive housing programs - helping provide housing for those who have experienced long-term homelessness.

Anawim Housing owns over 400 affordable housing units across Des Moines. Allterra Property Solutions provides the property management not only for those properties, but for a growing number of over 300+ market rate and affordable housing units that we manage for third-party owners.

We asked our team to share what inspires them most in their job and their vision for the future of Allterra:

"The most rewarding thing is housing families and specifically children into safe stable homes. My favorite part is seeing the children pick out their rooms when showing units. Our team has shown great strength with handling constant change over the past year, and taking it day-by-day. We always power through and are better for it." - Kristen Marberry. Kristen has been with Anawim/Allterra for 10 years.

You won't want to miss our upcoming We Empower Families ThanksGIVING Event! This year's event is presented by The Graham Group, Inc., and Family Communications Associates | Claudette and PJ McDonald. 

We will be combining art with our mission of developing stable homes and strengthening communities. We look forward to sharing beautiful and inspiring works created by both local artists at Mainframe Studios, and by Anawim Housing program tenants.
