We are women of different ages & backgrounds who combine our charitable dollars, experience, and energy to make a tangible difference in our area.
We are excited to share that we have 435 members for 2022! That’s a total of $435,000 in grant funding! We couldn’t have done it without all of YOU, so thank you for joining and WELCOME to the Impact class of 2022!
Thank You to Our Membership Team
Deepest gratitude to our amazing Membership Team who worked tirelessly to recruit and renew members in the past 4 short months!
A special shout-out to Membership Co-Chairs, Lori Missig and Karen Waltz, who led us through an incredibly successful membership drive.

Celebrating our Founders
This email comes with an abundance of admiration and gratitude for Heather Burke, Impact’s Co-Founder who, this week, steps down from her role as Co-President. Heather is passing the torch to long time member and Membership Co-Chair, Lori Missig. Lori joins Rowena Crawford-Phillips as the new Impact Co-Presidents!
While our phenomenal founders, Deirdre and Heather, have now both stepped back from their daily operational roles, we are thrilled that they’ll continue to share their wisdom and experience by serving on our Advisory Group, as well as on various committees. Words cannot express how indebted we are to them for bringing Impact 100 to Monmouth County. We are honored to continue their legacy and take this amazing giving circle that they launched for our community into the future.
