Big Horn Saddle

This beautiful, fully tooled saddle made by "Big Horn" is a steal! It's well made, comfortable and comes complete with cinch and breast collar for only $395! This saddle has a 16'' seat. It is pretty enough for the show ring and sturdy enough for work on the ranch!

Well, I'm sure you heard the news! Earlier this week, Punxsutawney Phil predicted an early spring for us. We are busy getting ready for spring at Eagle Hardware.  We have baby chicks on order, the fish truck scheduled, chicken and garden workshops planned, and seed potatoes & onion sets ready for planting. Read more about them all below.

Have you heard about Cabins on Bearpen Creek? It's our new venture, a cabin style Bed & Breakfast and Event Venue located around the corner from us, just off Hwy 276 on CR2422. Anticipated opening date is in June 2016. Please LIKE their Facebook page for all the latest news and info.

We appreciate your business.  See you soon!

Advice from an Aggie :: Who Doesn't Like a Routine?

Who doesn't like a routine?  Everyone does, I just know it.  You'd have to be a little off, "normal" not to.  Now before you get pictures of dancers tip toeing on a stage before you or a cheer squad bringing you to your feet for your team, the routine I'm talking about is much more comforting than chaotic.  Yeppers, the routine I'm talking about is the normal everyday stuff of life that help us keep control of our sanity.  Funny thing is, I know exactly who to blame for much of my routine.  Actually, as much blame as I give the man for love of my routine, I have to give him credit for my palate and acquired appreciation for the fine black beverage of breakfast time.  OK so most people call it, coffee.
I had just turned 16 and Gene Kindle sensed it was time to educate me on the fine beverage.  It had to have been just a couple of years ago (OK, maybe a few longer than two), on that Saturday night that he showed me the procedure to   ...

February Featured Items of the Week
Every week in February, we highlight one of our favorite products at Eagle Hardware Farm and Ranch!  Each featured product is something you may need now as we prepare for warmer weather, springtime and gardening season; it may be a new product we are carrying, an item that is on sale, or it just may be a product we think you plain just need to know about!  Here are our Featured Items of the Week for Febuary:    Feb. 8 - OK Steel No Climb Wire -  Though it's still the dead of winter, many are beginning even now planning their spring and summer fencing projects  ...
Time for What??
Valentine's Day is soon upon us and though many may think of flowers, fine food, and chocolate, many think onions and potatoes.  No, not to eat (well, not yet at least) but to plant.  As odd as it may seem, now is the time to be prepping the beds and tilling the soil and planting seed potatoes and onion sets.  Each year Eagle Hardware is pleased to offer several onion varieties to choose from and two of the most common potato varieties.  Stop by while supplies last and get your garden going.  And once in the ground, celebrate by eating a heart shaped chocolate or a Sweat tart!
