As we look back on 2025, one message stands out across Anderman & Company: putting customers first is what drives our success. This year strengthened our focus on outstanding service and our commitment to Excellence with Expertise.
In Europe, our French team reached a major milestone with ISO 9001 certification, and our strong quotation-to-order success rate shows that customers trust us to deliver competitive, reliable solutions.
Across the UK and USA, the business followed up on the growth trajectory as we achieved double digit growth for the third consecutive year while continuing to prioritise personal connection. More than 100 face-to-face customer visits helped us stay close to their challenges and deliver high-performance solutions where they matter most.
We also strengthened our team with Gavin Jones joining the commercial organisation, and we continued investing in our manufacturing solutions through key partner collaborations, ensuring we are ready for what comes next.
