After serving as interim superintendent for nine months, Scott Elder has been named as the official superintendent of Albuquerque Public Schools.

Elder is a native of New Mexico and graduate of the University of New Mexico. He earned his MBA for Professionals in Education at Anderson in the program’s first cohort finishing in 2017. He also holds a Master of Arts in Secondary Education.
