Nanostores, or small, traditional, family-owned stores, are the largest retail channel worldwide. According to Albuquerque’s Economic Development Plan, small businesses play an important role in the local economy. Anderson Assistant Professor Sebastian Villa has researched how nanostore owners make purchasing decisions.
