Plant-based eating and veganism have been around for decades, but more people are choosing plant-based diets than ever before. Plant-based eating means eating more fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains and beans while less or no meat, dairy or animal products. Dr. Lama Lteif has studied reasons behind this trend.

Anderson as a family tradition, leads to student scholarship fund
Peter Sanchez enrolled at the Anderson School in 1982 to pursue a BBA in accounting. Unbeknownst to him, his time at Anderson would lay a foundation for a family legacy of not only a passion for higher education but specifically studying at Anderson and UNM.

Accelerator Program Starts in August
Anderson's Center for Responsible Entrepreneurship is offering an Accelerator Program this fall for entrepreneurs across all industries. The program begins on August 26.
Applications are accepted through August 7.

Enrique Cruz Torres, MBA '21
A first-generation Mexican-American film producer, Enrique was raised in a Spanish-speaking household. He understood early the power of film and visual media as a universal language. He realized his dream career in the film industry by coupling a bachelor's degree in film and digital media with an Anderson MBA.
