Fall Festival and Halloween Parade

Downtown Anaheim will come alive with costumes, classic cars, entertainment and a hometown Halloween tradition on Saturday, Oct. 24, as the Anaheim Fall Festival and Halloween Parade returns.

The day starts with the Anaheim Fall Festival, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Center Greens next to City Hall. The free, family friendly festival features artists and small businesses, costume contests, performances, a scavenger hunt and more.

A Classic Car Show takes over Center Street Promenade with American-made classics, vendors, food, local brews and live entertainment from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This year’s special guest judge is
Pete Wittenberg, founder of Pete’s Rod & Custom in Anaheim.

The day wraps up with the
Anaheim Halloween Parade, which starts at 7 p.m. and runs about two hours through downtown Anaheim.

The festival, parade and car show are free to attend.

Visitors should
plan for road closures and parking changes throughout downtown on the day of the event.

See the map below for road closures, parking locations and other event-day information.

Important dates

  • Oct. 5: Mail-in ballots start going out from the Orange County Registrar of Voters
  • Oct. 19: Last day to register to vote for the Nov. 3 election
  • Nov. 3: Election Day and the deadline to return ballots by mail. Mailed ballots must be postmarked by Nov. 3.

You can also return your completed, signed ballot by mail through Election Day, with a postmark no later than Nov. 3.

For a full list of ways to cast your vote, click here.

On the Anaheim city ballot:

  • Mayor: All Anaheim voters will see this race
  • Districts 2, 3 and 6: Council races will appear only for voters in those districts

District 2 covers part of west Anaheim. District 6 includes east Anaheim. District 3 covers areas in and around downtown Anaheim.

City Council members serve four-year terms, starting in December.

Seats for Districts 1, 4 and 5 are not on the 2026 ballot and will appear in 2028 as City Council terms are staggered.

The Nov. 3 ballot also includes California governor and other state offices and measures, the 4th District Orange County Board of Supervisors race, school board trustee races and more.

We don’t get into individual candidates or issues here — we’ll leave those important decisions to you. Your official voter information guide is a great resource for researching what’s on your ballot.
