Are you homebuying-ready but need a little help with the down payment for your first home?
Anaheim is offering a first-time homebuyer loan for those who are in advanced stages of buying a home but need help covering that final gap.
If you're pre-approved with a lender, actively house hunting and the only thing standing between you and the keys is the down payment — this program is for you!
Through the My Anaheim Home Program, qualified first-time homebuyers can receive up to $50,000 in down payment assistance.
The program is designed for low- to moderate-income households that can afford a mortgage but need help closing in today's market.
This isn't for you if you're just curious or just starting out in the homebuying process. Instead, this is for buyers who are ready, prepared and actively working toward buying a home in Anaheim.
Who this is for:
- You're pre-approved for a mortgage
- You're working with a lender
- Looking to buy in Anaheim
- Financially ready, except for the down payment gap
Eligibilty
