The Executive Assistant is an integral role reporting directly to the President/CEO. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, strategic, and organized individual who can easily communicate with various audiences, from corporate members to aspiring entrepreneurs. The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
· Managing President’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing time-sensitive matters
· Organizing meetings, including coordination of schedules, meeting logistics, and reminders
· Coordinating FWHCC Board of Directors board meetings and communications
· Providing administrative assistance, such as coordinating e-mail responses, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
· Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
· Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
· Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff member
· General office manager duties including ordering office materials and supplies
· As part of the FWHCC Staff Team, this person will also be asked to assist the team with large scale events that may require some evening and weekend hours.
