Dear Angels,

Thank you so much for participating in this year’s Angel Tree Program. Please read this email carefully as it contains important information to help the drop-off and delivery of your gifts go as smoothly as possible. We expect to deliver over 700 packages to DCHS on December 12th!! 

• Next week we will begin collecting the gifts. Our preference is that you bring your gifts to the church on Thursday, Dec. 7th and Friday Dec. 8th between 8:30-1:30pm, if at all possible!! We will also collect gifts on Sunday, Dec. 10th between 9:30-1:30pm.

• Please check your ornament to determine whether the gift request is to be wrapped or unwrapped and act accordingly.

• Come to Wilmer Hall to drop off presents. Please be mindful of the St. Paul's preschool drop-off time of 9 AM and pick-up time of 12 PM. These are busy times and best to avoid. When you arrive at Wilmer Hall (the doors on Duke Street) please ring the buzzer for the Parish Office.

• Due to the number of families we are sponsoring and the amount of packages we expect, we will be using 2 rooms in Wilmer to receive and store gifts. You will need to check your ornament code to determine which room to deliver your gifts too. We will be using the Head Start Room on the 2nd floor of Wilmer (take an immediate right off the elevator) and the Vestry Room located on the 3rd floor of Wilmer.  Click here to find your drop-off room.

• When you arrive in the designated room, go to the table for your ornament code. Affix a pre-printed label to each of your gifts. For example,

• Please DO NOT leave any gifts in the church office. If you need special accommodations regarding delivery of your gifts, please contact Laura Rose for arrangements. 

Thank you to those who have already volunteered to help during drop-off and loading the truck. We can still use more help, especially on the 7th and 8th please contact Laura Rose if you can help at any of these times.
