AngelEye Health PatientConnect Solution
AngelEye Health PatientConnect Solution

NICU parents are integral members of their child’s healthcare team, but lengthy NICU stays mean that parents can’t always be there in person. AngelEye Health’s PatientConnect solution helps parents stay connected by allowing healthcare providers to send real-time updates and share memorable moments with NICU parents via one-way photo, video, and text message.
An update coming in June will improve the functionality of barcode scanning for our hospital partners utilizing ADT & PatientConnect, allowing healthcare providers to scan patient armbands for ID verification before sending photo & video messages to parents via PatientConnect. If you need assistance with barcode scanning as part of this workflow, please contact support@angeleyehealth.com.
Customer Success Spotlight
The June spotlight is on Methodist Women’s Hospital Nebraska for their staff engagement & use of PatientConnect. Their Level 3 NICU went live with PatientConnect on November 1, 2022. Since that date up until May 30, 2023, they have sent a total of 3792 communications (292 videos, 2350 photos, and 1150 text messages).

AEH Team Member Spotlight
Jonathan Fuchs, Project Manager
Jonathan Fuchs joined the AngelEye team almost two years ago as a System Analyst. In addition to providing technical support for all of our hospital partners, he now serves as a Project Manager for new hospital partners. Jonathan was recently selected for AngelEye's Employee of the Quarter
Award based on consistent feedback that "our hospital partners often commend his ability to get things done effectively and efficiently."

On a personal note, the greatest pride and joy comes from his two children - 19-year-old Jakob and his beautiful 6-month-old daughter Shiloh. A fun fact - Jonathan spent eight years at a small 25-bed critical access hospital in southeast Arkansas as Director of IT, where he earned the role of "hospital mascot," appearing in costume on parade floats. Jonathan goes above and beyond as a dad, colleague, and teammate!
