WAITLIST FOR SOLD-OUT NORTH AMERICAN LIVE DATES 2026

The upcoming tour schedule marks the latest milestone in what has proven to be one of, if not the breakout music success stories of 2026 for Angine de Poitrine. Among the myriad highlights of the duo’s landmark year is the release of their critically acclaimed second full-length album, Vol. II, available everywhere now. In June, the US physical releases of Vol. II and 2024’s Vol. I saw Angine de Poitrine make their debut on nine unique Billboard charts, including #3 on “Top Album Sales,” and #2 on both “Vinyl Albums” and “Indie Store Album Sales.” Last month then saw Vol. II honored in their home country with Canada’s prestigious 2026 Polaris Prize. In addition, the album’s hit single, “Fabienk,” received this year’s SOCAN Polaris Song Prize, thus making history with Angine de Poitrine becoming the first-ever act to sweep both awards simultaneously.

Along with a seemingly non-stop live itinerary that has seen rapturous audiences at sold-out, increasingly larger venues and show-stopping festival appearances around the globe, Angine de Poitrine recently made their US late-night TV debut with an unforgettable performance of the brand-new song, “Zugzegk,” on NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

PRAISE FOR ANGINE DE POITRINE

“While the costumes and anonymity have clearly helped draw attention, Angine de Poitrine’s music is no gimmick; it’s a feat of live unity and dexterity, hand-played with zero margin for error...It’s music of precision, agility and stamina, adding up to a contagious manic energy.”

– NEW YORK TIMES

“There’s no denying the melodies and chops behind Angine de Poitrine’s dotted duds.

At their best, they’re a beacon that North America

is once again ready for art-fucky noise rock bands.”

– PITCHFORK

“Wonderfully, their music is every bit as outre as their clothing: a weirdly hypnotic, berserk hybrid of math rock, prog rock, punk, jerkily repetitive rhythms, microtonal loops and twiddly guitar bits, with song titles such as ‘Sarniezz' and 'Utzp.’ At times, they erupt into a kind of extraterrestrial hard rock…Although one must admire the fearsome musicianship that produces a sound this intensely tight – never mind while wearing those outfits –

the key to their success is that in dark times they are simply ridiculously good fun…

After the crazed epic ‘Sherpa’ has whipped everything into a brilliantly frenzied climax, everyone departs with a huge grin on their face and a tiny pyramid in their heart.”

– THE GUARDIAN (*****)

“Much has been made of the unusualness of their music – the odd time signatures, polyrhythms and microtones (the notes between the notes) – but seeing them live, you can tell why this music is so crowd-pleasing.

Their instrumental grooves have a weight to them you can see in their

viral online performances, but you can feel live in the room.

The heavy riffs and build-ups create a visceral tension and release that adds drama

that doesn't need vocals…Even though there are only two members, it often felt like a locked-in jam session, something akin to the desert rock groove of vintage

Queens of the Stone Age. Other times it felt more like prog, psych or metal.”

– BILLBOARD

“A hard-hitting cocktail of satire, hooky oomph and highly danceable color.

‘Fabrienk’ sees the room chanting the guitar melody with the joyous bravado of a football crowd – think ‘Seven Nation Army,’ but proggier – before closer ‘Sherpa’ climaxes in a heady, noisy rush of guitar chaos and cleverness. It epitomizes what’s made tonight such a pleasure. The heaviness. The joyousness. The ultimately very human heart of a proper rock show.”

 – LOUDER

“A performance quite unlike anything else…Completely bonkers and inexplicably compelling. Hard to pinpoint exactly what kind of gig this was, genuinely like nothing else out there…

The future is polka-dot patterned.”

– LOUDER THAN WAR

“Angine de Poitrine have forever made the guitar world a weirder place. They’re the 333-year-old time-traveling aliens we never knew we needed…With this tour, Khn de Poitrine has established himself as the greatest polka-dot guitar hero since Randy Rhoads and

Buddy Guy. The guy has legit jazz chops, and his fluid microchromatic runs,

tapping bursts, and head-spinning riffs turn guitar tropes on their heads.”

– GUITAR WORLD

“The excitement that runs through the room is tremendous…Whatever this is, the people are here for it, and for the hour that follows, the ballroom floor becomes a void of sweaty bodies worshipping their new

long-snouted prophets…At the climactic conclusion of their London debut,

Angine de Poitrine exit the stage having successfully expanded their cult,

delivering a brilliantly absurd and totally unforgettable experience.”

– CLASH

“Watching them live, you enter a peculiar kind of flow state. You find your fingers forming a triangle, raising it high above your head, not even sure what it means…It's as close as I've ever felt to being initiated into a cult, a room full of people worshipping at the altar of polka dots…When it comes down to it, it's all a matter of belief; a surrendering to the way these hypnotic rhythms permeate your body on a cellular level. Angine de Poitrine are inviting you to let go of thought, of time, of space. If you're seeing spots, you're in the right state of mind.”

– EXCLAIM!

ABOUT ANGINE DE POITRINE:

Hailed by The Guardian for their “hypnotic riffs and grooves, whose proggy time shifts are all in astonishing lockstep, making this as much party music as it is prog,” the Mantra-Rock Dada Pythagorean-Cubist Orchestra known as Angine de Poitrine gaze in wonder at hot dogs, pyramids, and rock music in all its glorious excess. In just two years, time-traveling space-voyagers Khn de Poitrine (microtonal guitars, vocals) and Klek de Poitrine (percussion, vocals) have surpassed the earthly rock stars they once emulated, earning critical acclaim, millions of streams, and countless new fans worldwide. Structured around a dynamic interplay of adding and removing sound patterns in a constant state of metamorphosis, Angine de Poitrine’s repertoire makes hearts race and bodies move with ecstatic abandon. Through tight, pulsing drum grooves and intricate tangles of double-necked microtonal guitar, the noble brothers summon swirling vortices of hypnotic sound and vision.

Having spent much of the past two years in the eye of an ever-growing storm of enthusiasm from audiences and critics thanks to their asymmetrical, dissonant music and electrifying performances – including a stunning Live on KEXP session that has now amassed over 20M views and counting – Angine de Poitrine unveiled Vol. II in April 2026 to worldwide applause from such prestigious publications as the New York Times, Pitchfork, The Guardian, Paste, and more. The duo marked the album’s arrival with virtually non-stop touring around the globe, selling out venues worldwide within minutes, often months in advance. Highlights thus far include a one-night-only show supporting Jack White at Toronto, ON’s RBC Amphitheatre and a free headline show during the Montreal International Jazz Festival, which drew record turnout in excess of 80,000 fans.
