Grim to Expand Leadership and Client Impact at Respected Industry Advisory
LAS VEGAS— The Innovation Group (TIG), a leading advisory firm to the global casino-gaming, hospitality, and leisure industries, today announced the addition of Anita Grim as a senior vice president. In this role, Grim will expand TIG’s work across forecasting, strategy & transformation, analytics, operations efficiency, and cross-property commercialization, drawing on her extensive consulting and casino operations experience.
Leveraging more than a decade in the gaming and hospitality industry, Grim brings proven expertise in optimizing operations, accelerating revenue growth, and establishing data-driven analytics functions. In her most recent position, as vice president of hospitality & labor analytics at Caesars Entertainment, she developed a high-impact team and led major initiatives that delivered measurable outcomes in revenue growth, margin, and guest satisfaction. Her earlier career – including positions at Pinnacle Entertainment, Deloitte, and Las Vegas Sands – grounded her in structured problem-solving, analytical rigor, and best-in-class project management practices that she continues to apply to complex gaming, hospitality, and entertainment challenges today.
“Anita is a builder of teams, of disciplines, and of results,” said Brian Wyman, president and CEO of The Innovation Group. “Her blend of analytics-driven strategy, hands-on property experience, and collaborative leadership is exactly what our clients are asking for as they navigate competitive supply, changing customer behavior, and digital convergence. We’re thrilled – and lucky – to welcome her to TIG.” Beyond the technical expertise and collaboration Grim will bring to TIG clients, she also will oversee internal business operations at the firm.
“I’ve long admired The Innovation Group’s independence, analytical rigor, and practical operator sensibility,” said Anita Grim. “I’m excited to partner with TIG’s clients to deploy data more effectively, translate strategy into measurable P&L outcomes, and to work alongside a team that moves seamlessly between the boardroom and the casino floor.”
