Anna Grace

Anna is a conflict navigator and strategic communications trainer and strategist passionate about expanding understanding and possibility for families, community groups, neighbors, coalitions and collectives. Her approach centers empathy, creativity, and clarity, guiding clients through complex, sometimes painful, dynamics toward shared understanding and durable solutions.



Professionally, Anna has more than two decades of experience in social change communication, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), training, and facilitation where she honed her skills for deep listening and turning diverging opinions into shared agreements.



Personally, Anna has first-hand experience navigating workplace disputes, a collaborative divorce, co-parenting, and a politically divided family. Anna has completed more than 100 hours of conflict resolution and mediation training with the Center for Understanding in Conflict and Community Boards and is a community mediator with Community Boards and Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center.



Anna lives in San Francisco with her beautiful bi-racial, queer, blended family and Athena, the sweetest little rescue dog on the planet.
