Hi there,

Hope this finds everyone well and ready for a season! Booth fees are overdue if you have not paid to date, you have received multiple reminders. Once moved to wait list, full booth fee is due to be considered. As a courtesy, I will wait to work from the existing applicants wait list until tomorrow (11/26).

Please make sure you have weights. I am NOT flexible on this for the safety of other makers and for the safety of the public. You are near water! No water jugs, cat litter bottles. I know it is beginning of season here and some haven't done a show for a while but you need at least 40 pounds per leg. No exceptions. Please don't argue, weight checks will be done once you get tent setup. If you need recommendations on how to make or what to use, email me. Staking is allowed for event but is in addition to your weights, never a substitute.

Do you need overnight camping on location? This fee is $50 and you may arrive Saturday and depart Monday am after event. You must sign up in advance as it is limited to 1st come, 1st served. Anna Maria Island has a NO overnight camping ordinance unless you are part of our event and registered. Email me to request

You must be self contained, we can't guarantee hookups due to previous hurricane damage. Public restroom on location left open overnight for event. If you are running a generator, you must let me know. This determines placement as no participant wants a generator running behind them all day.

Do you need electric for this event? Extra fee is just $50

We have Kati's Curbside Crepes scheduled for food at event, Ugly Grouper is also across the road.

The Invitational at Holmes Beach Art & Craft Show which has been amplified to include Island Plein Air and Taste of Anna Maria. What does this mean - a BIGGER Springfest! Taste of Anna Maria will be held on 59th St. in front of event space on Sunday Noon to 4pm. Island Plein Air will take place around the event and at selected sponsored business locations on the island with awards taking place on our location on Sunday with all canvases completed on sale. We expect to be sold out for this event as attendance was phenomenal last year with attendance over 8000 just for art & craft show!

Lastly, we have launched

our NEW website this week at www.blueribbonevent.com. Our existing website will forward to new one. Moving forward, you must go to the website to purchase, pay and secure your booth space on any new application. No invoices will be sent anymore. All event setup and notifications will also be posted directly on each event for easy access with at least one setup email sent at least 30 days before event to all attendees signed up and paid.
