Over the past two years Fieldstone Leadership Network has worked to reconfigure our Board of Directors with a talented team of committed, values driven community leaders who are eager to advance the organization’s legacy, making it possible for us to serve an even larger number of nonprofit leaders throughout Orange and Los Angeles Counties and the Inland Empire. Supported by the extraordinary leadership of Robin Sinclair, our efforts to Multiply the Impact of all Orange County Nonprofits has shown steady growth; both in the number of organizations and leaders we serve and in the generosity of our donor community and corporate sponsors.

Based on this strong foundation of success and a stable financial position, we feel the time is right to expand our leadership team. This will allow us to expand programs and increase the number of organizations we are privileged to serve. Guided by our values of Excellence and Trust, Integrity and Respect, Collaboration, Innovation and Relationships I am pleased to share with our network of past and current participants and supporters that we are recruiting to hire a full time Executive Director. The successful candidate will enjoy the full support of an engaged and talented board and benefit from the continued service of Robin Sinclair in the role of Chief Facilitator and Robin Stropko as Administrative Assistant.
