Horowitz Integrated Services (HIS) is proud to announce that Alliance Wellness Clinic, Inc., an industry-leading Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) based in Bloomington, Minnesota, is now operated by Horowitz Integrated Services. This transition marks an important step forward in advancing opioid treatment, expanding access to evidence-based care, and reducing stigma for individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD) and co-occurring conditions across Minnesota.
Through this structure, Horowitz Integrated Services is providing leadership, operational management, and clinical oversight of Alliance Wellness Clinic, ensuring continuity of care while strengthening long-term access, innovation, and outcomes. In the coming month, opioid treatment program (OTP) services will transition into Horowitz Integrated Services’ broader behavioral healthcare portfolio.
