Mark Fiddie is a native of Covington, growing up right down the street at Grace United Methodist Church. He started learning piano and some organ from his mother as a young child. His first vocal solo was at Grace UMC. He began his career as a church music director in 1998 at Ebenezer UMC in Roswell. Since then, he has served churches with various cultural backgrounds. Most recently he served at STAR Community UMC in Stone Mountain (formerly St. Timothy UMC).
Mark is currently employed at South Salem Elementary in Covington as a music teacher and is also employed at Youth Elementary in Walton County as an afterschool class piano teacher.
Mark is a graduate of Truett McConnell College, Kennesaw State University (Bachelor of Music Education), and Piedmont College (Master of Music Education), and is looking to start work at the University of Michigan on a Doctorate of Musical Arts.
