Terydon is pleased to announce its incoming Director of Operations, Michael Gonzales – a combined 20+ year veteran of U.S. Navy active duty and Department Of Defense civil service. With proven skill in maximizing machine output and enabling optimal efficiency by fostering an atmosphere of teamwork, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and adaptability in the face of ambitious turnarounds, Gonzales is well-positioned to preside over production and manufacturing schedules at scale.

 
 

A former external partner and early adopter of Terydon technologies during his lengthy tenure at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Gonzales is uniquely adept in identifying avenues to capitalize on defense needs in new markets previously inaccessible to water-blasting.
