After more than four years of exceptional leadership, Suzanne Fratschko-Elliott has notified us of her decision to retire from her role as Executive Director at the end of this year.
We are deeply grateful for Suzanne’s contributions in championing strategic growth, building strong and impactful partnerships, and most importantly for her unwavering commitment to always putting the needs of our Childcan families first!
With Suzanne’s leadership, Childcan has strengthened our impact for our families, re-established our culture of connection and trust, and built a dedicated and resilient team. We are now a strong and sustainable organization, well-positioned for the future and for the continued advancement of our mission.
We look forward to celebrating this next phase of life with Suzanne later in the year.
At this time, I want to let you know that we will be undertaking a search for a new Executive Director over the next few months. With Suzanne’s support, we hope to complete a seamless transition this fall. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I promise to keep you informed and I ask for your continuing support as we undertake this important process.
