Dear Members of Hamilton Lakes Swim & Tennis Club,

It is with mixed emotions that we announce that our Club Manager, Jean Eagan, will be retiring from Hamilton Lakes at the end of April. We wanted to take the opportunity to sincerely thank Jean for her 10 years of service to our club. She is looking forward to her retirement so she can travel and spend more time with her kids and grandchildren (especially during the summer!)

During her ten years at Hamilton Lakes, Jean worked to provide a safe and clean environment for the club members . She also managed & helped design club improvements such as the pro shop reception area, bathroom improvements and the most recent updates to the clubhouse. She was instrumental in preparing our facility to pass our inspections every year so we could open in time for the summer swim season. Jean also implemented better business practices and created a database system to organize our membership records.

Jean is quite the tennis player, if you didn't know. She is looking forward to spending more time on the courts and enjoying a little more free time.

As we look to the future of our club, we are posting the club manager's position to our membership first. If we do not find a good "internal" candidate, we will look outside our club for a good fit. Please see the job description below and submit an application as soon as possible. Applications are due MARCH 9 in anticipation of having a new person in place by April 15. Jean will train the new club manager up until her official retirement the end of April.
