Rose Paving LLC Project

Rose Paving will place signs on Monday, 10/21, at the entrances and exits of the roads where asphalt work is to be done on Monday, 10/28. These signs are to alert residents to the upcoming work and road closures, so please be sure to take note of them.

  • Sealcoat will be applied to the small section at the end of Midtown Mews, which will be completed on 10/28.

  • On Monday, 10/28, Rose Paving will be on-site to perform all asphalt repairs at Chestertown Mews, Little Quarry Mews, and Inspiration Mews. We appreciate your understanding as these roads will be temporarily closed during project operations.

  • The pavers will also be in Thurgood Mews and Tschiffely Square Mews to conduct clean up of garage doors.

On the map, all the mews in RED are asphalt work locations.

Rose paving will conclude the project on 10.28.24.

If you have questions, please contact Amir Ibrahim, the Assistant Manager, at assistantmanager@kentlands.com.

Kentlands Under the Lights Survey

This past summer, we celebrated our annual Kentlands Under the Lights festival with food, fanfare, and friendship. To make the event as special as possible in the future, we would like those who attended (and those who chose not to attend) to fill out a brief survey: Kentlands Under the Lights Survey.
