Kentlands View Condominium Residents
Thank you so much for your patience during this time that the Board was reviewing proposals for the asphalt repair project. A contract has been signed with Brothers Paving and Concrete and we are excited for repairs to begin soon!
The project is scheduled for Tuesday, November 19th. The scope of this project includes the area outside of 214 Ridgepoint Place where the water line repair was completed. There is a secondary area of the lot in between buildings 304/402.
Brothers Paving will need full access to the repair areas which can be noted in the attached photo for your reference. Vehicles will need to be cleared from the designated areas by 6:30am on Tuesday, 11/19. Please note, any vehicles not moved from the project areas will be relocated to another area within the community via tow.
Parking area striping will take place once the project is complete. We will send additional reminders as we approach closer to the date of the repair. We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.
