Today's announcements:
-I pray that everyone enjoyed your long weekend. In these next few days, students will be taking their final tests and quizzes of the year. Good luck!

-A reminder that all grades close Friday, June 5. This gives students time next week to complete make up assignments if necessary.

-In the coming days, we are making a final determination on how to most appropriately hold 8th grade graduation. 8th grade families were given a survey last week (see the link two bullet points below) to let us know how we may best proceed.

-Drop off of school books, library books, and loaner laptops and pick up of classroom supplies will be June 8 and 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. We will spread out the pick ups alphabetically and use a Sign Up Genius link sent out later this week.

-The Diocese of Arlington has put out a survey to all parents to get feedback on distance learning. If you have not received the survey via an email from the diocese, please cut and paste the following link it into a browser to access the survey. https://conta.cc/2X4RvYc

  • Create an atmosphere of prayer and reliance on our heavenly Father;
  • Spread the message of Jesus in our families and our community by treating all persons with respect and showing reverence for the gift of God in each one;
  • Build up the Spirit-filled faith community within Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception Parish;
  • Serve those in need in our local community and in the Missions through an awareness of our global responsibility to all humanity;
  • Develop the whole child: spiritually, emotionally, academically and physically;
  • Promote academic excellence by challenging all our students to recognize their gifts and fulfill their God-given potential.
