Today's announcements:
Special rules must be followed for holding Mass under Stage I reopening guidelines:
-All attendees must wear a mask and keep it on throughout Mass (masks will be quickly lowered to consume the host).
-We may not exceed 1/2 the capacity of Fr. Brisson Hall.
-Families in quarantine together may sit together in close proximity.
-Different families will be distanced from each other by at lease six feet.
-As an extra level of safety, parishioners are asked to bring sanitizing wipes to use on chairs before and after Mass.
-Anyone not feeling well or with any type of fever is asked to stay home.
-One set of doors will be designated for entrance and another set to exit.
-Parishioners are asked to use the restrooms only in the case of emergency.
-Keep in mind, dispensation of receiving communion continues for everyone unable to or uncomfortable attending Mass at this time.

Times for Mass this weekend - all held in Fr. Brisson Hall.
Saturday, March 16 - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, May 17 - 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 2:00 p.m. (Spanish Mass)

-Spirit wear orders are in and may be picked up from Holy Cross Academy Thursday, May 14 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

-I hope our students are practicing their talents for our talent show. We are excited to open this to student in all grades. We are looking for acts in one of four categories: singing, instrumental, dance, and other (comedy, magic, sports, gymnastics, or something else amazing). We plan to make the talent show available to view online Friday, June 5th.

-We are asking parents to please check their FACTS account. Some families need to catch up on existing balances from our lunch program or Aviat Care.

-Our Bookworm Central Spring Book Fair is now live and closes Friday!

PTO Elections for 2020-2021

Holy Cross Academy’s PTO helps all of us achieve our mission each day by offering their time and support to the students, parents and teachers so that we all can be successful. Our PTO plans and implements important events in the life of our school that we all enjoy (and now really miss) and is always there to keep the spirits of our school high. Each spring, all HCA parents are invited to run for PTO offices for the coming school year.

If you are not able to be part of the Executive Board…that’s OK, but know…you ARE the PTO and your heart and help are needed to assist our children and our school grow and achieve our vision of a bigger and brighter tomorrow.  Given this year and the challenges our children faced with grace and compassion; we are looking forward to an amazing 2020-2021 school year and everyone's help is needed. Remember you do not have to be on campus to help…we have many things that can be done “behind closed doors”/ or living rooms or kitchen tables.
