Today's announcements:
-Graduation will be held in person (and streamed online) on Friday, June 12 at 7:00 p.m. Mass begins at 7:00 p.m. and graduation immediately follows. A strong majority of our 8th grade families preferred an in-person graduation be offered if possible.

-Due to the greatly reduced capacity of gatherings due to social distancing guidelines, only 8th grade families will be able to attend graduation in person.

-We will make a final decision regarding where graduation will be held (Fr. Brisson Hall or St. Mary's Church) by Tuesday, June 9. We hope to use the church, but that will require a loosening of the current social distancing rules in the commonwealth.

-Graduation Mass will be celebrated as our end of year school Mass. We pray that everyone can join us online to participate in Mass and watch our 8th graders be recognized for their outstanding careers at HCA.

-Please make sure you check your tuition, lunch and Aviat Care accounts for any outstanding balances. Payments can be made online, mailed to school, or dropped off on June 8-9 between the hours of 9:30 and 11:30 am. All outstanding balances need to be paid before report cards can be released or financial aid can be awarded.

-We will launch our Sign Up Genius tomorrow to allow families a chance to sign up for a time to drop off/pick up classroom supplies on June 8 and 9.

-8th grade students will have a "drive-through recognition" at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9.

  • Create an atmosphere of prayer and reliance on our heavenly Father;
  • Spread the message of Jesus in our families and our community by treating all persons with respect and showing reverence for the gift of God in each one;
  • Build up the Spirit-filled faith community within Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception Parish;
  • Serve those in need in our local community and in the Missions through an awareness of our global responsibility to all humanity;
  • Develop the whole child: spiritually, emotionally, academically and physically;
  • Promote academic excellence by challenging all our students to recognize their gifts and fulfill their God-given potential.
