Dear Fellows:
We are pleased to share that the Bankruptcy Origin Stories are now available on the American College of Bankruptcy website.
In 2023, the Senior Fellows Committee launched an initiative in coordination with the Bankruptcy History Committee to collect the stories of Fellows who have worked in the insolvency field for 40+ years. In roughly 1,000 words, the stories explain:
- How and why you got involved in bankruptcy matters;
- Who, if anyone, were your early mentors; and
- Which referees or judges presided over your cases.
To date, almost 130 Fellows have contributed to this project. Take a moment to read these fascinating stories online.
