Rockville, MD (March 14, 2023) - Combined Properties is pleased to announce the signing of Chuck E. Cheese at White Flint Plaza in Rockville, MD. The family entertainment restaurant chain will occupy 16,331 square feet of endcap space formerly occupied by Retro Fitness. KLNB represented Combined Properties on the deal and H&R Retail represented the tenant. This lease with Chuck E. Cheese follows the opening of two major tenants at the center: PGA TOUR Superstore and Aldi.
