Season 15 runner-up (summer 2018) of the FOX smash hit, So You Think You Can Dance (SYTYCD), Jensen Arnold started dancing at three years-old. With all four of the Arnold sisters dancing competitively, their united passion began to dominate the household. By the time she was 10, Jensen’s mother Mindy opened their family’s dance studio, Vibe, in Lindon, Utah, just around the corner from their hometown of Provo so that Jensen and her three sisters could train together under one roof.

A strong, cross-trained dancer with a record to prove it, Jensen competed with her dance company nationally every year until she was 18, winning the National Ballroom Championship title in 2012 and placing second at Hip Hop International in 2015.

In her senior year of high school, Jensen earned a scholarship to the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Like many competitive dancers, Jensen fell in love with SYTYCD and dreamed of competing on the EMMY Award-winning competition show since it first aired in 2005. When her older sister, Lindsay (a 12-season pro on Dancing With The Stars), competed on the show’s ninth season and finished as a finalist, Jensen made an unwavering commitment to be part of America’s favorite dance show and paved her way through hard work to garner one of the coveted spots.

Jensen had her first taste of the Hollywood dance scene in 2017 when she was hand-selected by choreographer, mentor and friend Alan Salazar to be part of his Los Angeles-based Ballroom Fusion team, FUZE, and compete on the inaugural season of CBS’s World of Dance. Brought together in support of Alan and his mission to pay it forward, the team danced their way through one round before being eliminated in the second week.

In the spring of 2018, Jensen returned to Los Angeles to audition for SYTYCD, and her journey began with a fiery Latin ballroom solo that had the judges praising her not only for her raw talent, but for her determination to follow her dreams. Jensen’s personal favorite routine of the season was during the All-Stars week. She and her all-star partner Robert Roldan performed a contemporary piece choreographed by the legendary Mandy Moore to a rendition of “Can’t Help Falling in Love” from the Crazy, Rich Asians soundtrack. The judge shouted her accolades and she quickly became a fan favorite, making it all the way to the finals and finishing in second place.
In October 2018, Jensen went on tour with SYTYCD, traveling the country with the “Top 10” finishers of Season 15. It is this Utah native’s ultimate dream to next appear alongside her older sister Lindsay on the ABC show, Dancing with the Stars.

Now 21, Jensen teaches, choreographs and judges around the country. She loves having the ability to share her passion with young dancers and mold them into strong athletes like herself, constantly reminding them to stay positive. She personifies her life motto of “Never give up.”

When Jensen isn’t dancing, she’s hitting the gym to stay active and spending time with her best friends – her sisters! To round out what she considers the one of the most exciting years of her life, Jensen married her high school sweetheart, Topher Hill, in December 2018.

Jensen loves to share her most cherished moments on social media, giving her fans, consumer brands and traditional media access to snippets of her day-to-day life.
