A New Education Series for Care Providers

Join us to better understand how social determinants affect health outcomes. We’ll learn and explore strategies and techniques to reduce unconscious bias and structural racism and improve access to healthcare. Together, we can improve the pandemic’s impact on vulnerable communities.

Sessions take place select Fridays through June. Participate from home or office and earn CE credit. There is no cost to attend.
