With 15 years of dedicated involvement in ITRC—from silent observer to team co-lead and proactive recruiter—Vivek brings a deep understanding of the organization’s mission and an inspiring commitment to collaborative problem-solving. As a Board-Certified Toxicologist at the California Department of Toxic Substances Control, he combines technical expertise with a passion for public service. His efforts to bring in new voices, align projects with state priorities, and advocate for inclusive, science-based solutions have made a lasting impact.
