Online Yoga Classes -- Open To All!

The studio is closed until April 30th.
In-person yoga classes are cancelled.
BUT, Hansa will be offering live classes online!!

For right now, you can donate for your participation when the studio reopens, pay for classes through this link , or you can mark your series cards once we're back in the studio, whatever works best for you. Payment is currently optional, though much appreciated.

The goal is for you to have a yoga time-out.
Please just link through the Zoom invite and join us!
If these times are successful, she will add the other times of her current classes on Monday morning and Wednesday at noon.
Hansa has currently scheduled online live yoga classes through Zoom at 2 different times:

Monday @ 4:30 p.m.

Thursday @ 8:30 a.m.
begins April 2nd
this week only on March 26th @ 9:30 a.m.

Hansa teaches a gentle vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and a short meditation.

Zoom Tips from Hansa:
Use the link at least 5 minutes before class is scheduled to begin.
Be sure to choose to turn on your video and, in the beginning, use audio.
Everyone signed in will be able to see and converse with each other if video and audio are turned on.
Once started, I will ask you to mute your sound to avoid background noises interfering from our homes.
