TAEA is excited to announce the appointment of our new Executive Director, Ricia Kerber. With a commitment to listening and engaging with members, leaders and headquarters, she will oversee all aspects of the association, drawing upon her previous experience as Exhibits Director with TAEA.
Ricia’s vision will be implemented in phases. In the first year, she will focus on gaining a deep understanding of TAEA’s existing programs—how they function, contribute to organizational strength, and support our members. This foundational knowledge will guide the development of timelines and handbooks aimed at streamlining programs, ensuring consistency and providing essential resources for new TAEA leaders.
Once these foundational goals are established, the focus will shift toward organizational growth and operational efficiency. Recognizing the importance of prioritization, Ricia will target high-impact initiatives, rather than attempting to tackle every challenge simultaneously.
