Gather your energy.

It's the season of winter —

a time to focus on staying

healthy and restoring well-being.

In Chinese philosophy, yang and yin qi, aspects of ourselves, are symbolized by twin children working a water wheel together and building up our reserves.

They are filled with qi, life, and joyful energy.

In this tuning, we will practice gentle qigong exercises to help us build qi reserves, which we can store in our kidneys and, eventually, our bones.

Let's tune in to ourselves for 10 to 21 minutes each day for four weeks and discover how much more relaxed, centered, and in tune with winter we can feel.

Stay connected and inspired!

New to Seasonal Tunings? Welcome.

Five times each year, in Winter, Spring, Summer, Late Summer, and Autumn, TCF offers seasonal tunings— practices in which hundreds of people worldwide align with the energy of a particular season according to Chinese medicine and philosophy.

Participants click on video links demonstrating simple qigong moves and then practice them daily at home whenever convenient.

As we practice on our own, we can harmonize with others wherever they are—separate but connected, united in developing qi for ourselves and for the well-being of all.

Register today, tune into Winter, and receive an email each week during the tuning to inform, motivate, and inspire you!
