Whim is a unique “pop up” dining experience held every Wednesday evening from June to August at Smolak Farms.

New England’s finest Chefs cook you a multi-course dinner in the Smolak Farms Pine Grove. We deliver a “Farm to Table” experience where much of the produce used in our dinners is grown at our farm. As a result, you will experience the seasonal fruits and vegetables. The Guest Chefs create their menus on a “Whim” based on the freshest produce available from Smolak Farms.

For all of our Whim Farm to Table Dinner Series, a portion of event sales are donated to the chef’s charity of choice.
